Important Reservation Information
· Check-in time is 3:00 PM Check –out time is 11:00 AM.
· Rates are based on double occupancy, except where noted. Additional persons will be charged $15.00 each per night over the
age of three (3) years old.
· Montauk Manor accepts MasterCard, Visa, Discover, Diners Club and personal checks guaranteed by Telecheck
· A 50% advanced deposit is required on all guaranteed reservations.
· Cancellations must be made at least ten (10) days prior to scheduled arrival date in order to receive a refund, minus a $25
cancellation fee.
· All rooms are subject to all required taxes.
· Prices & minimums are subject to change except where deposits have been received.
· We will make our best effort to accommodate individual room requests, however, Montauk Manor reserves the right to
substitute room locations at its discretion.
· Sorry, no pets permitted.
· During the months of June, September & October there is a two night minimum weekend stay required.
· During the month of July there is a two night minimum stay required.
· During the month of August there is a three night minimum stay required.
· A three night minimum stay is required for Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day and is at Peak Season Rates. Columbus
Day, Thanksgiving, St. Patrick’s Day (Parade Weekend), New Year’s, and President’s Weekend requires a 2 night minimum
stay with period C rates.
· 100 % Deposit Required. No discounts.
· You must be 25 years or older to check-in.
